These matcha cookies are packed with almonds and white chocolate. They are crunchy and irresistible!
I’m a {recovering} food snob.
Circa 2013, post grad, I fell deep into my baking obsession. I began baking homemade bread, granola and treats weekly. And I revolted against anything store bought.
Fast forward to today, and I’m a tired old lady that goes to bed at 8:30 p.m. (gasp!)
Although I still love homemade, I rely on many store bought products these days. As a vegetarian and a vegan baker, it’s important I make sure I maintain a well-balanced diet. Luckily Health Labs has a new line of tests geared towards Vegans.
One test is the Vegan Nutritional Maintenance Panel that is designed for vegans. This tests for 11 nutrient deficiencies vegans may encounter.
Another test, “Should You be Vegan,” looks for allergies that may be brought on by animal-derived food.
Whichever test best suits your lifestyle, both can help you manage your diet. HealthLabs.com is offering a 25% off discount on all vegan tests to TEB readers! Simply use the code THEEMOTIONALBAKER25.
I can’t wait to hear what you think about these cookies {& tests!}
